E-tickets
E-tickets are offered for orders placed on the Internet.
E-tickets are sent by e-mail.
E-tickets are accepted on smartphones.
The e-ticket can be printed on a blank white A4 sheet of paper on both sides, in colour or black and white by you.
The printing must be of good quality on one side of the A4 paper. Partially printed, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid.
The barcode on the e-ticket is unique and will be scanned at the entrance of the hall. It must therefore be perfectly legible.
Only the first person to present the e-ticket will be admitted to the hall. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge this ticket in any way whatsoever, and no protest will be taken into account in the event of illegal reproduction, even without your knowledge.
During the control, you must be able to present an official, valid and photographic ID, as well as a proof of identity in the case of reduced fares.

An e-ticket or “electronic ticket” is a paperless ticket.
The e-ticket must be presented to the room access control as a “classic” ticket. You do not need to go through the ticket office. The barcode will be scanned.
If the e-ticket is printed, the quality of the printout is primary. Please make sure that your e-ticket is printed correctly on one side of A4 and is not damaged.
Please note that an e-ticket can be printed several times. Do not buy an e-ticket from a stranger.
In the event that several people arrive with copies of a ticket, only the holder of the first scanned ticket will be allowed to enter and no claim will be taken into consideration.

The price, date and time mentioned on the ticket or on the order must be checked by the customer at the time of payment to ensure that it corresponds to the service requested.

For any request, please contact the point of sale from which you purchased your tickets. The request will then be considered.

For tickets purchased on the www.expo-salgado.com website or at the exhibition venue, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of cancellation of the event, refunds will be made through the ticketing network from which you purchased your tickets. The refund terms will be communicated after the official announcement of the cancellation.
