In order to ensure your safety during your visit, please, follow the rules:

 

Information: the audioguides are not available anymore for safety reasons.

We have created a player system on your smartphone directly on site: don’t forget your headphones and continue to enjoy the content of the audioguides in complete safety!

 

Any grouping of people during the visit is prohibited. Groups are not admitted. Our staff is equipped with masks and the welcome desks with glass walls.

Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment is only possible by credit card.
Ticket to be printed at home or on your smartphone.

There is no cloakroom or locker room at La Sucrière.

The exhibition is free for children under 6 years old.
Strollers are accepted within La Sucrière enclosure.

You will then be asked for a copy of the ticket buyer’s ID.

If you have lost your ticket, or if it has been stolen, we invite you to contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to submit your problem to them.

If you bought your ticket on the exhibition website www.expo-salgado.com, we invite you to contact us by email at the following address: [email protected] or by telephone at 04 78 79 23 61, giving us the date and time concerned, your order number and your surnames and first names. We will then study your request.

All orders are only payable in euros. Payment by credit card only is allowed on the website. This method of payment allows the customer to book his tickets online and immediately in a firm manner. The cards accepted for the payment of an e-ticket order are those of the Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard networks.

E-tickets
E-tickets are offered for orders placed on the Internet.
E-tickets are sent by e-mail.
E-tickets are accepted on smartphones.
The e-ticket can be printed on a blank white A4 sheet of paper on both sides, in colour or black and white by you.
The printing must be of good quality on one side of the A4 paper. Partially printed, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid.
The barcode on the e-ticket is unique and will be scanned at the entrance of the hall. It must therefore be perfectly legible.
Only the first person to present the e-ticket will be admitted to the hall. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge this ticket in any way whatsoever, and no protest will be taken into account in the event of illegal reproduction, even without your knowledge.
During the control, you must be able to present an official, valid and photographic ID, as well as a proof of identity in the case of reduced fares.

An e-ticket or “electronic ticket” is a paperless ticket.
The e-ticket must be presented to the room access control as a “classic” ticket. You do not need to go through the ticket office. The barcode will be scanned.
If the e-ticket is printed, the quality of the printout is primary. Please make sure that your e-ticket is printed correctly on one side of A4 and is not damaged.
Please note that an e-ticket can be printed several times. Do not buy an e-ticket from a stranger.
In the event that several people arrive with copies of a ticket, only the holder of the first scanned ticket will be allowed to enter and no claim will be taken into consideration.

The price, date and time mentioned on the ticket or on the order must be checked by the customer at the time of payment to ensure that it corresponds to the service requested.

For any request, please contact the point of sale from which you purchased your tickets. The request will then be considered.

For tickets purchased on the www.expo-salgado.com website or at the exhibition venue, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of cancellation of the event, refunds will be made through the ticketing network from which you purchased your tickets. The refund terms will be communicated after the official announcement of the cancellation.

We invite you to contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to submit your problem to them.

If you purchased your ticket on the exhibition website www.expo-salgado.com you can request the return of your tickets. Go to the www.expo-salgado.com website, on the “Tickets” page. Look for the yellow box “Already registered? Get your order back by clicking here”.
Fill in the e-mail address you used for your purchase. They will then be sent to you automatically.

If you still do not receive your tickets, please contact the organiser at [email protected] so that they can send them back to you.

Information such as the name and date of the exhibition, as well as the barcode, must be perfectly legible. The stump and the ticket must be linked for your ticket to be valid.

If your ticket is damaged, we invite you to contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to submit your problem to them.

If you purchased your ticket on the exhibition website www.expo-salgado.com, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at the following address: [email protected], specifying the date and time concerned, your order number and your surnames and first names. We will then study your request.

Tickets are neither taken back nor exchanged.
If you have taken out insurance at your point of sale, please refer to the terms and conditions for reimbursement of this insurance.

E-Tickets are accepted on smartphones.

We advise you to avoid resale sites and to always use official sales networks approved by the venue and the event organiser. In the event of a problem with a ticket purchased on a resale site, we will not be able to offer you any solution.

The exhibition is free for children under 6 years old.

The OPEN ticket gives you priority access during the opening hours for the entire duration of the exhibition. It is valid for
for a single entry only during the period.

La Sucrière is accessible to people with reduced mobility (lift, wheelchair available). Don’t hesitate to call the reception staff on your arrival, they will be happy to help you find your way around.

There is no specific arrangement for pregnant women or people with temporary disabilities. However, you will have priority access when you arrive at the exhibition.

Handbags and backpacks are allowed; however suitcases and travel bags are not allowed within the exhibition enclosure.

Photos and videos are not allowed during the visit of the exhibition.

It is strictly forbidden to bring cans and bottles into the facility. All food is forbidden.

Because of the new safety measures set up for the reopening of the exhibition, any delay will NOT be accepted in order to respect the new capacity of the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
